Our role
is articulated around two core activities:
1. Management
We manage all aspects of practical organisation such as
venue identification and booking, event collateral,
communication material. We also organise the logistical
support such as audiovisual material, catering,
transportation, hostesses, exhibition, etc. In addition,
we deal with all the administrative aspects of the
conference (registration of delegates, secretariat and
hotel booking)
We provide on-site management with our team and
secretariat on-hand for the full duration of the event.
2. Consultancy
Meeting Time is recognised for its expertise in the
overall coordination of events including scenario
planning, budget management and general supervision. We
also liaise with all 3rd party agencies (such as
sponsors) to ensure a smooth and detailed progress going
like clockwork!
Moreover we have risen to a position of indisputable
leader in the sector of protocol consultancy and risk
management.

CONCEPTUM
We finalise in May 2005 our “wedding” with CPE
Exhibition, ACTIVA and WarmRed launching a landmark
meeting within the Meeting Industry in Europe.
With nearly 20 exhibitions under their belt and over 10
years of experience, CPE stand out as one of the leaders
in the field of targeted exhibition and organisation.
Activa are responsible for marketing the various
concepts abroad.
WarmRed as marketing and publicity consultancy, but also
designer, pre-press and production, can take on the
entirely of the promotional side of events, create the
material necessary for spreading the word about
exhibitions, conventions and seminars.
Melding the experience of one section in organisation
fairs, exhibitions, communication and marketing and of
other in setting up institutional, association and
corporate conferences and events, the group is now
around fifty colleagues and a global turnover of 10
million €.
These synergies give us also the opportunity of having
offices and representatives in various European
countries. |
