OUR TEAM

The strongly ionised team of Meeting Time is managed by an experienced duo, working together for more than 10 years: Sam van de Kerckhof and Julie Weisenburger.

Both are well-know conferences & events coordinators - active, daring, experienced and service-minded. They are assisted by a staff of three account managers, one technical and logistical supervisor and of course numbers of quality subcontractors.



Sam van de Kerckhof, Managing Partner (FR-NL-UK-DE)

Managing Partner of Meeting Time, Sam has been a PCO for the last 15 years. He is specialised in meeting strategy consultancy and overall management of large scale events. He has extensive experience in all aspects of protocol, corporate image and events as well as organisation of institutional conferences and institutional events.

He is currently President of BAPCO (Belgian Association of Professional Conference Organisers) and Member of the Board of Director of the Brussels Entreprises Commerce & Industry as well as member of the executive committee of BI-TC (Brussels International Tourism & Congress).

Julie Weisenburger, Senior Project Manager (FR-UK-SP-NL)

Julie has ensured for the last 12 years the smooth organisation and coordination of numerous conferences.
In this competency, she manages large projects both in Belgium and abroad. She has been responsible of the overall coordination of many conferences and is leading the “core” PCO department of Meeting Time for different international associations.
