Meeting Time ("we", "us") helps people schedule meetings. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.
Information we collect
- Account data. Your email address and an encrypted password, used to sign you in.
- Poll data. The polls you create, their time options, and settings.
- Response data. When someone responds to a poll, we store the name they provide, their availability choices, and any optional comment or email they add.
- Billing data. If you upgrade, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
We use your information to operate the service: to authenticate you, store and display your polls and responses, enforce plan limits, and process subscriptions. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Poll responses are visible to the poll's organizer, and to other participants only when the organizer has enabled that option. We use trusted service providers (such as Supabase for data storage and Stripe for payments) who process data on our behalf.
Data retention & deletion
You can delete a poll at any time, which permanently removes its responses. Contact us to delete your account and associated data.
