Common questions

How do participants respond to a poll?

Share your poll's link (from the poll page or your dashboard). Participants open it, mark their availability for each time, and submit their name — no account needed.

How do I pick the final time?

Open your poll and click Finalize poll. We preselect the most popular time, but you can choose any option. Once finalized, participants see the confirmed time.

What are the plan limits?

Free includes 1 active poll, up to 8 participants, 7 time options, and the top 3 results. Pro raises these to 3 active polls, 50 participants, unlimited options, full results, custom URLs, and private polls. See Upgrade for details.

Can I make responses private?

Yes — on Pro you can hide responses from other participants, so only you (the organizer) can see who responded.
